LABORATORIES AND ACTIVITIES
They offer following itineraries:
- Production and wheat cycle of life;
- Transformation of flour into pasta,
- Dairy production,
- Zootechnical breeding of bovines, goats, pigs, equines and courtyard animals,
- Biological production of cereals, olives, fruit and forages.
Born to preserve the ancient family tradition, Marangiosa zootechnical farm is 95 hectares large. The most important activity of the farm is made by bovine and goat breeding. Fresh milk is used for dairy production of “ricotta, mozzarella, cacio ricotta, pampanella, caciocavallo, ecc”. All dairy products have particular tastes and flavours of the past associating traditional methods and modern technologies. Marangiosa farm is a didactical farm too.
